CAS washi-tape ATCs

A while ago, we were challenged to make a set of Clean And Simple (CAS) ATCs for a swap only using 1 stamped image, 1 stamped sentiment and  washi-tape.
Here’s the result:

Double distressed gothic arch “Planes, trains & automobiles”

Here’s another Gothic Arch in the Inkurable Stampers series: planes, trains and automobiles. If I want to finish all 24 themes by the end of the year, I shall have to create an average of 3 arches per week, so I’ll have to cut back on ATCs and create a few arches instead.

For the background of this arch I used the Double Distress technique explained on page 40 of Tim Holtz’s A Compendium of Curiosities and so this will also be my entry for this fortnight’s challenge @ Studio L3.

As this gothic arch also uses both dry embossing and heat embossing, I’d like to enter it to the Lots to Do “Embossing” challenge. Moreover, I used a tag, which fits the current “Tag along” challenge @ My time to craft.

Stamps used

  • Car, sentiment: Tim Holtz
  • Plane, luggage, ship:  Clear Choice
  • Map: A Capella

Travel ATCs for The Stamp Man Swap

This is the third and last ATC I created for the Stamp Man “travel” swap (details on the previous ones can be found here and here)!

The car is by Stampers Anonymous and the sentiment by Clear Choice Stamps. For the background I used the “Antique wallpaper” technique featured in the Technique Junkie’s June/July 2010 newsletter. The tag was punched out.

Here’s a picture of the three ATCs that are travelling to the UK at this very moment:
