Corset

Well, after yesterday’s rather masculine ATC, I thought it’d be fun to share a very feminine one today:

I first sponged the background using distress ink, stamped some background images and brushed purple perfect pearls onto the wet ink. Unfortunately you can’t see the shine. I added a silver heat embossed flourish in two of the corners. Then I stamped ‘Garnitures Fantaisies’ with white Stazon on acetate and I mounted the acetate on the background. I stamped and coloured the corset, cut it out and added the stitches before mounting it onto the acetate.

I’d like to enter this ATC in the following challenges:

Stamps used

  • Script background, purple flourish : Crafty Individuals
  • Damask background: Prima
  • Garniture fantaisies, silver swirls: Oxford Impressions
  • Torn paper: Scrolls Work
  • Corset: Hampton Art
